- By providing your server with your name and cell phone number listed on your BHG Rewards card registration form, he/she will be able to search for your profile to input points.
- Can my BHG Rewards card be applied or redeemed for purchases made on alcoholic beverages?
- Yes, alcoholic beverage purchases may be applied for points and BHG Rewards balance may be used as payment.
- How do I redeem my BHG Rewards?
- We've made it very simple. Please notify your server at the time of payment that you would like to apply your BHG Rewards balance, or portion thereof, to your check.
- How soon will I be notified if BHG changes or terminates the BHG Rewards card program?
- BHG will notify our BHG Rewards card members through the email address provided upon registration and on our website at www.mybhgrewards.com.
- How do I check my point and BHG Rewards balances?
- Your customer receipt will show your point balance. A monthly e-newsletter will be sent to the email you provided with your point and BHG Rewards card balances. You may also view your point balance through the BHG website at myicard.mybhgrewards.com.
- Is there a limit to the amount of BHG Rewards I can obtain?
- No, you earn Rewards based on the total you spend in one of our restaurants.
- Can I earn and redeem a BHG Reward on the same visit?
- Unfortunately no, BHG Rewards can only be redeemed at your next visit.
- Are BHG Rewards based on pre-tax dollars?
- Does my tip go toward my point balance?
- No, BHG Rewards points are based on pre-gratuity.
- Can I accumulate points if I pay with a BHG Gift Card or Concierge Card?
- Points can be earned on credit card or cash payments only (i.e. points are not issued for transactions paid with gift cards, coupons or Concierge Club dollars).
- Are points rounded to nearest dollar amount?
- No, points are earned based on the exact total spent.
