Participation

To participate in the BHG Rewards card, the cardholder must be 21 years of age. The Bluegrass Hospitality Group policy does not intend to promote alcoholic beverages to a minor or request personal information of a minor.

Website and Personal Data Security

The www.mybhgrewards.com web site uses security measures to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. We work with our vendors to store the information in a database in a secure environment at their data center. We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information with anyone unless ordered by a court of law.

Information submitted to the Bluegrass Hospitality Group is only available to employees or select vendors managing this information for purposes of contacting you regarding BHG Rewards or sending you emails from the Bluegrass Hospitality Group (Malone's, Sal's Chophouse and Harry's American Bar, Aqua, Drake's and Malone's Banquets) with updates on your card point total, upcoming events, specials and promotions.

Notification of Changes

The BHG Group will notify its members of the BHG Rewards card via email if we make any changes to our terms and conditions and / or private policy. Any new information will be posted on the www.mybhgrewards.com site at least one week prior to its taking effect.

Cancellation of the BHG Rewards card

The Bluegrass Hospitality Group reserves the right to change or cancel the BHG Rewards card at any time without reason or notice. Members will be notified through the email address provided. Changes will be posted on the Bluegrass Hospitality Group website http://www.bluegrasshospitality.com and at http://www.mybhgrewards.com.

The Bluegrass Hospitality Group reserves the right to audit any BHG Rewards card account at any time and may terminate membership in the program if fraud is suspected. The Bluegrass Hospitality Group reserves the right to cancel your BHG Rewards card after 18 months of inactivity.

Miscellaneous

The BHG Rewards card is neither a credit card nor gift card therefore; no laws, regulations or restrictions that apply to credit cards or gift cards apply to the BHG Rewards card.
