Yes, the Bluegrass Hospitality Group welcomes everyone 21 years of age or older. We do not charge a fee for joining.
A point is applied for each pre-tax, pre-gratuity dollar spent on food and non-alcoholic beverages. Points will accumulate and can be redeemed by going to redeem.mybhgrewards.com and selecting your reward based on your point level.
No, your points or BHG Rewards balance will not expire unless you have 18 months of inactivity.
By providing your server with your name and cell phone number, he/she will be able to search your account profile to input points. You must have an ID present. You may also visit the “Add Missing Points” page on this website but make sure you have your receipt handy. Upon validation of your purchase, points will be added to your card.

Legal and liability regulation prohibits the application of points for alcohol purchases.
Your customer receipt will show your point balance at the bottom. A weekly email will be sent to the address you provided with your card number directing you to check your point balance at any time at myicard.mybhgrewards.com.

It’s 100% up to you how many points your earn, however we may cancel your card if you exceed 18 months of inactivity.
Points can be earned on credit card or cash payments only (i.e. points are not issued for transactions paid with gift cards, coupons or Concierge Club dollars).
Points are earned based on the whole dollar amount, excluding change

If you decide to no longer participate and choose to cancel your membership in BHG / Drake’s Rewards due to any reason, please contact us at bluegrasshospitalitygroup@bhglex.com or call 859-335-6500 and we will deactivate your card. Points are non-transferrable and for use as dining credit only.
